Germaine Lam

I was working as a PA in AIA for 2 years before deciding to become an advisor myself. What impressed me about insurance work is what it can do to help people. I am inspired by my leader Paul to pursue the career even though I am still studying as he also started the insurance career as an undergraduate. By starting early, I can lay a stronger foundation in my knowledge and skills which in turn allows me to transit into a full-time career upon graduation. Through constant learning and practice, I aim to be more competent to serve my clients in their unique circumstance and grow with them through their different life stage. I enjoy playing games that requires strategy and thinking skills and Mahjong is one of them.
